I hit a little creek by the house. I caught a few different species on a little soft plastic bait called a “Baby Shad”. It was really hot outside, and I caught these in the mid afternoon at around 90 degrees. None were of any size, but it was interesting that I caught a yellow cat, a couple of channel cats, a bluegill, and a few small bass. Pretty fun stuff.
